Climbing the 3 highest Peaks in the UK | The 3 Mountains :
So what is it actually like to climb the 3 highest Peaks in the UK?
How hard is it to climb the 3 peaks?
I watched many KZbin videos showing what appeared to be an easy ascend to the summits of Ben Nevis, Snowdon and Scafell Pike.
As someone who is reasonable fit, who does 15'000 steps a day average during the week, and up to 30'000 steps at weekends, could I summit these 3 mountains with no previous experience?
How hard could it be? What is it actually like?
Well have a watch and I show you a no Bull*hit, no lies video of my experience and the pain as a novice climber/trekker that I suffered climbing the 3 peaks.

Great video showing people that these really are mountains, and not a walk in the park. Well done for completing all three with the knee pain, going down is always worse - tracking poles make a HUGE difference, up, level, but especially down👍🏼 I’m planning on doing the 3 peaks in 24 hours in June/July 🙂

Loved the little bios at the start 'walked past a gym once' cracked me up 😂. Well done all on a fantastic effort 🎉 For me Scafell Pike was the toughest, with coming down the corridor route having to scramble around walls with barely any foot holds. I think if you had better weather at Snowdon it would have helped, that mist really messes with your head. Definitely use treking poles to help your knees if you do the peaks again, they really reduce injury on the knees.

8 hours for Scafell Pike is crazy the way you went is brutal. If you had gone the tourist route from Wasdale Head it only takes 5 hours max

Me and two mates completed scafell pike from wasdale head 4 weeks ago. We completed the summit and descent in 2 hour 53 minutes which includes 10 mins stop on the summit. We’re doing the 3 peaks in 24 hours challenge 2nd September this year and our aim will be to complete scafell pike in 2 hour 30 mins that day
