I was huge into ninja warrior back in the day…. Holy crap nearly 20 years ago! The Japanese show was more fun and funny, with varied obstacles. The America version started that way as well, and got harder and more interesting. But very quickly I noticed it started to turn into about 1 jumping thing, and then an entire course of rock climbing related stuff. Oneness it was all grip, hanging, and climbing, I got bored of it. Lost it’s magic and became a rock climbers event.

Having seen all six installments of USA vs. The World, I can say with total confidence that Sean McColl was the reason this foolishness was ever competitive.
