Hello Rahul, After Sr. CRA you ideally move to Assistant Project Manager position where you independently are assigned projects and oversee the progress and activities of the same.

Hello Anupriya, the travels a lot often between states and even out of country at times. For CRA is 95% filed work as monitoring is done at sites at various hospitals included in the trial. Desk work is very low for this profile. After Clinical research you can opt for CDM or PV as possible alternatives.
