RELREC is developed once we developed all SDTM data sets. TU and TR are the oncology SDTM data sets.

The idvarval has to be the same for both AE and CM right for them to be linked? here one is 1111 and the other one is 22222?

RELID is the link here. When creating RELREC we would have been told that patient 12345 has a record in CM that has a relationship with a record in AE.
