One question sir, what happened with visceral and parietal peritoneum? Thanks!

Good question. The testes develop posterior to the parietal peritoneum, so they are never actually in the peritoneal cavity. As they reach the scrotum, they rest against the tunica vaginalis. The cool thing about it is that the tunica vaginalis is a remnant of the parietal peritoneum that used to extend all the way down to the labioscrotal swelling but was later isolated from it as the scrotum enlarged.
