Hello, is there a way to automatically enter the details from a Patient form into Patient Details ? instead of doing it manually ?

At this time, there isn't a way to automatically transfer or override patient details with information from the patient form.

Is it possible to add our business logo or other images to the Patient Forms?

Great question! You can upload your business logo to Patient forms via Settings → Online Booking. If you want to print out your Patient forms with the logo though, this can be added via Settings → Documents & printing.
