When I keep noticing that i don’t get a lot of rotation from the jg that does not know how to, and getting gapped with goldd, I always end up putting things on my hand to get enough gold especially mid to late game.

You should never but malefic roar when you have malefic gun. Better to buy Sea Halberd with life drain, +80 attack and extra 8% damage on high HP healing heroes like Belerick. And you don't have to sacrifice damage by buying DHS again. Just get BOD.
