Hi dude , what part of the exhaust did you replaced with the 1.4liters part???, was the exhaust manifold???, was the cathalyc convertor???, and why you haven't replace the gear box with the 1.4Liters gear box, the 1.4liters gear box is shorter than the 1.6Liters gear box, good luck.

wow i see you almost equalized a Clio RS acceleration, i have a 1.6 too but is not even nears your acceleration, congratulations for that, you must have change many things inside the engine for it to run that fast, also i bet you made an ECU reconfiguration bc of the rpms it reaches, amazing car i hope one day mine accelerates taht fast.... i have da money :P

es cierto, estos motores son casi indestructibles, lo digo por lo siguente poseo un renault 21 que tiene ya 15 años conmigo y aun esconde la aguja,y un 205 gti, estos no pierden la potencia por nada.tremenda ingenieria. saludos

I have a friend who put an 1.6 16v engine with a gearbox clio2 on a Dacia Solenza. 0-140km/h 10 sec. I have this engine on my logan is the best engine and sound so good.

@kakatuup YES my 1999 Clio 1.6 16v was the best car I ever had to drive and own, never let me down and I was a complete fool to sell it. I cannot say the same about the Toyotas or Ford I have had since.

Men it's impossible that you lowered the top cover engine by 2 milimiters it's impossible because I lowered mines too and if you go over 1 mm it's dangerous, what's the exactly number that you lowered the top cover engine???, cheers.

No sé pero yo tengo uno 1.4 y ni apalo llega a eso creo que debe tenerle una repro muy buena y eso va acompañado de algún trabajo para subir la compresión por qué no es normal que ande tan duro

Nice. Youve removed the limiter I see. Normally need 3rd gear for 100kmh I think you can go faster with a little wheelspin. Try starting at 3000rpm.

+EFRSS Clio Deve ta chipado e com alguns ups a mais, ta cortando em mais de 7mil rpm, o meu corta em 6500 rpm, mesmo assim viro 100 km de 2º marcha. O meu ta fuçado , ta com filtro, vela e escape direto, deve ta virando de 0-100 em menos de 8 segundos fácil (nunca medi) , acabei de deixar um cara de um jetta 2.5 puto kkk clio anda demais.

O meu é K&N imbox, assim aumentar aumenta, porém pra sentir a diferença mesmo , é bom colocar umas velas iridium, fazer o escape completo.. isso vai dar muita diferença na tocada do carro, eu chuto uns 130 cv no meu clio, fora o ronco que fica maravilhoso com o escape + filtro rsrs

@REFRESCOD alguna vez este cuate dijo que le cambio el escape y le redujo las cabezas 2 o 3 mm la verdad no recuerdo cuanto, pero eso fue, mas aparte reprogramarlo para que pase las 6500

I dont know why dude. But it doesnt seems that your clio has so many up in the engine. Its really good tho. But looks like that you only have got higher rev. Mine doesnt go so fast from 0-100 but its stock, and reach 220 kinda fast. Maybe its the Brazilian ethanol ! hehe Nice car tho !

valvesprings are build to withstand 7000 rpm. not above that limit. you realy gonna wreck this great piece of art and souplesse with that way of driving.
