can be from oil quality... often the reason; cold engine, short distance... if the coolant is clean everything is ok... the state appearing in d4f engines... ;) Greetings from Turkey

A sickness of the d4f - 740, humidity+oil make that mayo, but if your cooling liquid doesn’t drop down it’s ok

It is normal state on this engines at winter time. There is oil filler neck/pipe that is outside ot the engine and there is a temperature change in colder days. So no worries.

My 1.2 TCe Renault Wind does the same but the engine sounds and feels fine.
