Hi, do i have to flush the old coolant before i change the bottle?

Not really. You lose only whats inside the bottle which is not alot. But its good time to consider coolant change just dont forget to bleed the system

What do you mean by bleed the system. How would I do that​@@Duba134

When you change coolant you have to bleed all the air bubbles in the system. You do that by open bleed screws (in clio you have 2) and by run the car with special funnel or without the coolant cap
