Thank you so much Ms. for the excellent and clear explanation and presentation. I have a better understanding on this topic now. But I have a question to be asked. If let say that in a market structure, one industry in competitive and the other a monopoly, can Pareto optimality be achieved then? Is it possible to be achieved in a way that income and wealth are equally distributed in the market?
