I'm happy to listen to this song again after over 2 decades! It brings the memory of those good old days. I'm a big fan of Ade Love

I was really young when i saw this movie and of course didn't quite understand it then. so i will like to see it again (upload please). Its of one of the classic Nigerian movies. Imagine a time when things were so ordinary this movie was so extraordinarily made , something so pure and meek about it I(much respect to the late Ade Love). And to Mr. Kunle Afolayan, i would like to see you make an autobiographical movie about the people that started it all . The Early pioneers of Nigerian Cinema as we know it today such as, Hubert Ogunde , Ade Love , and Baba Sala. Take us through their life's effort. What was their vision, what was their drive, adversities, and finally their minds. we would like to see movies like this in Nollywood. This is a challenge for you Mr. Kunle and keep up the good work..i am a fan.

I can't agree less with you. These pioneers need to be brought to the fore once again in biographical movie lines. It will not only create a nostalgic reminiscence , it will equally teach the modern day movies producers and actors some lessons seasoned with a lot of inspiration. Taxi driver film is always a delight to see along with 'Iya Ni Wura', and 'Ajani Ogun'.

See the way Ade-Love reversed the taxi. These people had perfections in all they do. We once had the value of excellence in Nigeria.

Kunle, I am here watching a barrage of Yoruba movies reminiscing with my grandmother when memories of the movie 'Taxi Driver' came up. I had to google it only to come across this clip. It was the first Nigerian movie I watched at the National Theatre growing up in Nigeria. Is there a way to remake this movie? Not only does it preserve 'Ade Love's' legacy but also the foundation of Yoruba film industry. I wish the Nigeria movie producers invest in remaking some of our old classics from people such as Ade Love, Ogunde, etc.

One could almost cry when we remember the kind of life we lived then as to what it has become now. kilode ti aye n lo siwaju si? life will surely continue & civilization will be right by her side as she progresses, what it would have been like had live stood still in that era, it is just not possible.
