@@SelecaoOfMidas The problem is that Nintendo has a track record of horrible decisions and almost illegal actions that they quickly backpedal from when they realize they actually could be sued themselves. About almost a year ago i guess, Nintendo released their 2nd Installment in the Hyrule Warriors Series. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. When it released they got a lot of streamers on Twitch banned for playing the game. Now the usual rule for western Streams is that, unless you work for a Company based in a country where streaming rules are different, you're free to stream the entirety of a game once it releases in your country, unless the Developer/Publisher pushes out a notice that limits how much of the game you can stream until a certain point in time (ATLUS anyone?) or forbids streaming of the game until it is available worldwide. Nintendo at the time did NOTHING of the sorts, thus allowing the game to be streamed from a lot of countries before it released in other parts of the World. The bans mostly affected Streamers that stream in english so one can see where Nintendo came from. The fact that Nintendo of America was the one issuing the ban appeals cements the point that (once again) Nintendo America thought they're the branch that matters above the other ones, even Japan. The funniest thing is that the bans were issued at a time where only the most western parts of the world hadn't gained official access to the Game yet, half of the US already could download and play it, so even if the Streamers were US-based the bans were unjustified. You see, it's warranted to say that Nintendo is horrible to their fans by this example (not even taking the time to check the Streamer's Bio to see they're from a country or state the game actually already released in) and many others where people got strikes and bans for playing their games and essentially being Advertisement that doesn't need to get paid by them. As for the "could be sued for" At least where i live, there's actually a law that allows you to sue a person if they actively prevent you from doing your job for no valid reason. This also includes getting a streamer on Twitch banned for unjustified Reasons, let's say, banning them for playing and streaming an 'unreleased' game when it actually was already released in their country. Sadly they're quick enough at backpedaling so no legal cases could've been made since most people who were banned for invalid reasons were unbanned again 1-2 days later.

It's definitely not plagiarism. Pikamee is 5 trillion and 2 years old, didn't she come before Pokémon? Yes but no, I have a theory. Gyari-San created an alternate reality called the "virtual universe" 7 years ago, Pikamee was born in this reality at the same time (that's why she always refers to location from it as "virtual", ex: "virtual Japan"). A year in our universe corresponded to a trillion years in Pikamee's until 5 years passed (in our universe) and Gyari-San made both worlds collide, employed people from the virtual universe and these were able to make videos on KZbin. That's why she's actually born after Pokémon from our perspective. That was my messed up theory, do whatever you want with it 😂
