I don’t even know that daph or her community but her behavior seems commendable. It’s hard to be so strict with the same ppl who support, some people feel uncomfortable, others are afraid to do it. actually, this kinda behaviour is not that rare. pretty common in fact, even in some 500-1000 viewers channels. you know, you cant deny that being an oiler makes you get recognized by the community faster than a regular viewer. which, if you just tuned in to twitch, makes them "feel" superior to among us peasants. its not gonna be long until that guy would say something like "i would give you 100subs if you eat spaghetti from your nose or something." its just the nature of it, they give money, they want something in return while feeling superior over others. now its just a matter of the said person if they're mentally deranged or never get enough educations or parasocial it could be hella weird. just like this one.

I always wonder when it comes to people like this (shmoldshmegory). Just by using your brain you can obviously come to the conclusion that their behavior is cringe and inappropriate. But, what if the person has problems? Obviously it wouldn't excuse the behaviour but I feel like we often view other people online through the lense of what is neurotypically appropriate when in reality, when you're talking to people online you could be talking to anyone. I hope ShmoldShmegory finds the crumb of essential knowledge that they should in all of this. As stated in the video, there's no shame in being passionate about a content creator (the Clipony youtube channel is proof of this LMAO). But, don't let a content creator be a substitute to any real, meaningful connections that you can make with real life people. Technology and online spaces isolate us more than we realize and the person this video was made for is proof of this.

I try to avoid posting comments not related to the video but related mostly about myself, but sometimes I can't stop myself (like now). I tend to give constructive comments, whenever I can, otherwise not comment at all, unless I want to "add something", like providing useful info about something that might not be related to the video directly and after watching this video I just feel worse thinking about it, especially when I, consciously, make a comment just for farming likes (just like this one). Thankfully, I tend to be ignored, which is the origin of my "name", but I can slightly understand the guy in question in this video. He just wanted attention but did not have the correct approach on how to get it. He messaged people, initially, to start a conversation about a common topic, 39daph, but as it didn't work he got to more extreme measures. I pray I won't get down to that level, but, it's nice to have a normal conversation with someone on the internet. The only thing that I can be thankful of is the fact that I tend to forget those "urges" I have in about a day or so and get back to my normal life as if I never did that and won't expect a result from doing it, which in hindsight might be even worse than I thought. This is a genuine comment from someone very drunk and honest that will not go back and change their comment to make it look better, aside from any grammar mistakes that they have during its composition. Like it or not, I don't care, I just wanted to share my thoughts and I most definitely will forget this comment's existence soon, so, no hard feelings. If you read until the end, thanks.
