Bit of a different thing this week. Rather than being focused on the guitars, this was more of a way to get used to having time signature changes in FL Studio. I love clipping and this song in particular uses time signature changes and a BPM change to intensify the story being told so I figured why not turn it into a "metal" version? if you're a fan of industrial, I highly recommend checking clipping out. The blend of experimental, industrial sampling with hip-hop elements is truly amazing.
(i really hope KZbin doesn't take this one down because I used the music video, I just wanted people to see it lol)
I highly recommend reading the lyrics while listening to the song for added dread lmao.

I think you lucked out on any compression issues there, unless we have the .flac its straight up not detectable. A few musicians have had yt just override their audio altogether to mono so that's pretty rad.

the original song goes through several odd time sigs Kmac's cover is recorded directly on top of the song without any editing to song structure or time signature, which means there are sections that legitimately have 5/8 and 7/8 in it, no 5/8+1/8 or 7/8+1/8 things to make it 4/4
