I don't see why FE gets a bad rep. I mean this was the stuff they were talking about since day 1. Although Peter saw it as a get rich quick scheme, all the stuff we seen in the first movie, the firehouse containment, the gadgets, they were meant to be the foundation that lead to things like this. This was the kind of cool stuff that Aykroyd's Grandfather dreams would have one day.

Look Columbia Pictures, Just DROP the moody Tweenies in these movies PLEASE! - Just make a Ghostbusters movies with 30’s to 40’s Year old actors/actresses to play the Ghostbusters and you’ll have hit a goldmine! - Stop trying to appeal to ALL ages, the original was SO much darker/funnier 🧐

I disagree. The originals are in their sixties and seventies and it's refreshing to see they still have something to contribute. I like that the new cast is contributing to these new stories.

​@@houseofnoYeah everyone complains about Lucky, Trevor, Phoebe and Podcast as if they seem to think they're too young to be busting ghosts 👻, but it's mentioned at the start that Trevor is actually 18 now, and they need younger people to do the job because Peter, Winston, Ray and Janine are getting older now, so the four young kids from afterlife were very much needed in Frozen ❄️🌨️🥶 Empire. Especially since in one particular scene in Frozen ❄️🌨️🥶 it looks as if Janine is struggling to walk up a flight of stairs as Annie Potts is over 70 now. And with Gary and Callie as Ghostbusters 👻🚫 now, they can keep an eye on the young kid Ghostbusters 👻🚫 whilst Peter, Ray, Winston and Janine can enjoy retirement but still contribute to the series and ghostbusting in general. Plus because the Ghostbusters are usually all American 🇺🇲 what with the movie being set in new York 🗽, it's actually really refreshing to have a British 🇬🇧 bloke as a Ghostbuster 🚫👻 who also reminds me of the cartoon Egon.
