@@cosmicforce5348 sad part is the industry barely tried to fix it. they did that stupid protection thing circa 2004-2006 that would prevent common players from opening cds on computers but it was easily circumvented. I never understood why no one invented a diff style of cd audio instead of common redbook audio. Should have made an encryption method. Could have easily made it happen but the industry was naive and lazy. Same thing happened to sega dreamcast and they tried to prevent piracy using a proprietary disc and that aint work! CD media is fine its more so on the back end it needed to happen... kinda like how some videos online cannot be downloaded as the stream is broken into 20 or more tiny data streams. I think they did not want to find a way on back end to fix it nor put out a new kinda player to descramble the audio cause people too lazy to upgrade but think about it... Everyone thought cassette and laser disc was pinnacle of media and people were forced to re-buy all their movies on dvd format etc.. same for when 1080p dvd came out and bluray etc. O well. Its ashame ause its the reason music sucks. NO REAL MONEY IN IT FOR THE WRITERS AND OVERALL TONE OF THE ALBUM! Making an album was like a loving relationship now its like banging out a hoe.
