She wasn’t. The other girls, particularly Marcia Cross were jealous because she had a successful career before the show. And she just wasn’t interested in hanging out with other cast members when they weren’t working. She had a young daughter and was more concerned with her own life rather than hanging with the other ladies.

By the way, Eva finally admitted recently that she, Marcia and Felicity were not very close with Teri. She described Teri as being "a loner". Which is not necessarily negative. But she later said that she (Teri) didn't like the company of the others ... Why ? We'll never know.

I noticed that too. I think that situation was already there right from the start. I noticed Teri is always lovely and funny when she's being interviewed alone (that is to say when she's the center of attention), but when there's a group interview, she either clams up or try to make it all about her. My guess is that she's always seen the other ladies as potential rivals and not as potentiel well ... friends. And that's also how she's been described many times by members of the crew ...

It happened to Bree a lot too but she at least met her lawyer at the end of the show. Susan didn't really get her happy ending and I didn't like that. But at the same time, I think they killed Mike Delfino because the story began with him in the first season and a lot of the plots were around him being involved in criminal situations. In Mark Cherry's head maybe he was destined to die and sometimes when they decide of something, even years ago, their mind is set and they do it.
