Pretty cool set up gotta try it out lol. Is it better to do DF134 instead of 33 at the wall for tailspin? I thought 33 did more damage?

@@rickberny1424you mean the guard break or Clive himself? Cause he definitely has great poking, arguably one of his best features aside from the insane damage that exceeds even Heihachi and is even less situational. It’s like every day I see a new Clive death combo video come out, people talk about “but it’s so situational” but so is Heihachi yet Clive doesn’t need to wait 3 rounds, you can get 4-5 bar in just 1-2 rounds. I watched K-Wiss showing that it’s super easy to build bar with Clive. So people saying his damage isn’t busted because of situational bar is hard coping and flys in the face of Heihachi which people already argue is kinda busted with unstaggerable hellsweeps and insane damage, now Clive’s damage goes even further with less conditions required, not to mention Clive is just that much easier to play that Heihachi.

@@dylaroo24His 12 frame mid is -10 and has dash cancel high and -12 mid extenders. His df1 is 14 frame and -4. He doesn't have 10 frame down jab, only 11. The only good poke he has is d1, +2 on hit Drag d2. In what universe it's great? His damage is mediocre. 86 with wall and 0 meter build is nowhere near Hei level. You get 60% of one meter for hellsweep from stance, side switch combo ender or 15 dmg wall ender. For you to get 5 meter you have to land 10 combos/hellsweeps or 8-6 if you landed dash heat smash in 1st and 2nd rounds. I hope he can show it in the tournaments how it's easy to do 10 combos in 1 round. Try out the character and base your opinion from that and not from random clips, it's clips, of course they're not gonna show them getting rekt by Kazuya for attempting any low or Drag steamrolling them with free WR2 pressure.
@dylaroo242 күн бұрын
@@ametozukumazu6073 Heihachi’s damage is reasonable due to how insane his execution requirements are and his install takes 3 heat activations to do, meaning you can’t do it till round 3 or later, meaning you only get it once. I don’t know why you’d assume I only watched clips and not watching streamers play Clive live demonstrating that it’s not hard to build up bar, so talking about his damage with 0 bar doesn’t really make much sense does it? I watched a bunch of streamers getting 3-4 bar after just 1 round, so talking about 0 bar damage doesn’t convince me of anything, that was never the point to begin with. I’m not saying his damage with 0 bar is high, but I think it’s insane to let Clive get higher damage than Heihachi after just 1 to 2 rounds, when it would normally take Heihachi 3 rounds or more to do similar damage, and only being capable of doing so for one round whereas Clive can do it multiple times a match. That doesn’t seem balanced to me, especially when Heihachi also has the insane execution requirements that Clive just doesn’t have. I’m fine with Heihachi’s damage cause of how high the execution requirement is and his top tier damage can only be done for 1 round, but Clive doesn’t have that issue. So again, I don’t know what you mean about the clips when I’m not just watching clips but watching dozens of matches across an entire live stream, they can’t clip out the times they got beaten, I’m watching everything. It’s just a massive assumption on your part. Also your argument about needing “10 combos” is just disingenuous and demonstrates you don’t understand the character, you realise he has moves that build meter even on block? Some even counter hit launch like FF2 and it’s safe on block while building meter. So you can get meter without doing any combo, it’s just a disingenuous argument to try and make it seem absurd. You can disagree with me, that’s fine, but getting meter is not hard if you have experience, plenty of people are demonstrating this. And I think it’s kinda absurd that you can top Heihachi’s damage without the execution and have the possibility of doing so multiple times, that just seems wild to me. You can disagree, that’s fine.

try DF2, D1, WS4, DB 1+2 2,2 as a combo filler, much more consistent than the microdash 4,4 combo although it is less cool.
