Great new features on the update! There is one thing would be so great if you guys can soon enable Mac users to open multiple Clo files at once just like the Window users 🙏🏼 it really would be so helpful and much more efficient for Mac users.

Hi. Currently neither Mac nor PC can open multiple files at once unless they have multiple licenses

amazing features. I am so glad specially with improvements of PBR. I hope i can find clear workflow for grading.. and also maybe about blocks..step by step :)

I am having trouble with the ai avatar studio screen being too big and covering the generate button. Is there anyway to make it smaller?

Hi Please check your Computer monitors settings, Or your CLO Resolution settings in Settings > User Settings

@clo3D please update your LIVESYNC feature to work with Directx12 into Unreal Engine 5, using just Dx11 is not enough for quality renders and can't allow creator to use Raytracing and pathtracing for rendering. PLEASE.

How can I add my own meta human character through the avatar_meta human folder inside clo?

Hello, on a PC the path is as such; C:\Users\Public\Documents\CLO\Assets\Avatar\Avatar. On a Mac there is a CLO folder in your Documents folder. Note the Metahuman folder in the Avatar folder. We do not recommend saving your personal assets here; should you need to fully uninstall CLO, it would delete all these assets.

AI avatar is not working. When I'm on the Generate screen, it says downloading and freezes on that screen. It doesn't convert anything. Where and how can I get help for this?
