I love this new update but would love a clearer workflow with more detail about working with components - it's a bit hard to understand fully and I'm sure I'll have to learn by using it. Not all of us work for a company so understanding how to work as an independent designer would be very helpful.... that being said, there's a lot of stuff to understand with this program and I haven't found a good workflow video - any suggestions would be helpful as I don't speak "manufacturing" just yet... thanks for the information though - very excited to give this a go as I worked out a modular system in my paper patterns many years ago and this feels like it was made just for me:))

This is really exciting! I have already started using the new modular library! Although I am having an issue when saving a skort that I built. For some reason, only some of the stitching is recognized so I can't actually save it to the library. I have ensured that the garment is sewn together properly, but the modular library doesn't recognize all the sewing. Are more complicated sewing lines harder to do in the new modular library? Is there a solve for this?

in the old modular configurator, there was the setting option to drag blocks around, if i wanted a different order of sleeves for example. in the new configurator there's no such settings. will this be added? it's a bit tedious to re-upload components, if i have to make fitting changes etc to already uploaded blocks :)

Hello, I’m trying to save skirt bottoms and bodice tops in the same Sloper Block catagory that I created. I was able to create all the blocks, bodice separately from skirt,but when I add them to a new project they won’t populate either the 2d or the 3d space together. When I click on front bodice they populate, but when I pull in the front skirt, the front bodice disappears. I suspect this is due to the tagging of “Front Body” etc. so the program sees the “Front Body” as already populated, so deletes thefirst selecttion and populates with the second. Is there a fix for this? You don’t have skirt tags for block selection. Maybe options for “Lower Front” and “Lower Back” and “Upper Front” and “Upper Back” would work. Thanks!

Hi. Did you watch the Workflow option 2 section starting at 18 minutes. I would recommend watching this as you can see there are Body and Skirt options in the Library for 7.2 and up

HELLO MISS I hope you are very well. Can you make a library video on its showing the basic 5 pocket like paint thing inside it because it has a lot of parts inside and it doesn't fit enough parts inside the modular so for that What should be done? BEST SHEHROZ KHAN

Yes. Just R-Click on the thumbnail of what you want to remove from the New Modular Library and select Delete from the drop down
