I don't know. I think the LSPD should all be Judges by this point. I mean they already are Judge, Jury, Executioners. The issue is that you need to hold them to the highest standards. If a Judge goes bad. Death Sentence (And ban...I mean "HIGH STANDARDS"). So being "Judge Dredd" would be redundant. Though more unique being those officers that read minds.
