Very well done. I have built a few clocks including Brian's Clock 20. Like you, I can't just build to the plan. I'm just finishing up a variation on Clock 20 but made using aluminum, a bit of brass, and carbon fiber for the gears. And, all of the gears are in front of the frame so nothing is hidden. Thanks for sharing your changes; it shows that you really understand how these things operate.
