this is a great song displaying what is often the reality of depression. cheery on the outside. a door in-between you and others, the contradiction of not opening the door but wanting them to stay. this may simply be my interpretation, but i also enjoy how it appeals to the rational side of your mind when going through depression. the part that is aware of the ridiculous state your in and wants to get better. the part that understands that your being hungry but getting up and going through the steps of even chewing being exhausting is both ludicrous and yet real at the same time. in the core of this song is a feeling of hope, at least, that's my interpretation.

Thought this was good about half way through, then my mind started to drift to other videos, before I realised it I had listened to the whole thing. Then several more times. I don't know how but somewhere along the way this went from 'good' to *great*.

As always, you beautifully sing every song you do (except in bloopers, then it's beautifully messed up? Maybe). The song itself is... different. I think the stops were put in weird places so it weirded me out when listening to it the first time. Over all, still a good song once I got over that.
