So Kas wanted to write a song that sounded like what Utopia would sound like today. Boy, did he nail it. This is already in my top 10 favorite songs of all time list. It is just genius.

Consummate bassist and such a distinctive vocalist. I was a fan from the first time I heard Utopia's "Set Me Free" in 1980. Thank you, Kasim.

What an incredible and immediately recognizable voice. He somehow sounds as if he's just talking with you, telling you a story, yet conveys the melody in such a pure fashion.

I've been looking for this song for so long since I heard it on the radio, so glad I found it. It's a great song, feels kind of nostalgic in a way even though I only heard it a year ago.

This song is so freaking amazing! It stirs my soul. I just discovered "The Clocks All Stopped" this past week ..and bought it on iTunes immediately. I must have shared the song with about a dozen people already. I only started doing research on Kasim after I learned it was him, not Todd, on lead vocals of "Set Me Free." They sound alike at times. Signed, me, a new fan, spreading the word. I also love Kasim's "Don't Break My Heart" from the early 80's. The song charted on CHUM AM's Top 30 in Toronto, back then. Wish it was on iTunes too. I love this guy!

So glad to see you doing solo recordings and gigs!!! This song is AMAZING and I, like many others can relate to it! I met you years ago a few times and you were always so nice, down to earth and very humble. I always thought you had the voice of an angel and your kindness has never been forgotten!!! Much love!!!

This is truly beautiful Kasim. You need to make a record with Roger, Willie, and Todd; for the cosmos of music. The time is right and i can hear your souls are there. There is nothing to lose and everything to gain. I really hope you guys do something brother.

I can't remember another album that touched me as profoundly on many levels. "3" is amazing, as is "Quid Pro Quo", Kasim's most recent previous solo effort. How wonderful to hear Roger and Todd together with Kasim. The liner notes for 3 say that it was intentionally NOT written to sound like a Utopia album, with the exception of "Clocks All Stopped" which was. At any rate, the whole album is solid, and a must for any fan of Utopia or Kasim's work.

When I first saw Utopia in 79 at Knebworth Adventures had just come out and I was already a fan . Not everything was Todd even though he was the lead man. The solo Lps the Utopia guys have made are really good. My problem is I cant get a bloody copy of this CD in the Uk since it came out! So I just have to keep listening to abeautiful arranged song on here!

This song is just amazing, easily one of my all-time favourites. I like the nostalgic guitar riff, and Kasim's singing is great! Only, what's up with this video? My eyes get tired from watching, it has kinda weird colours and shaky framerate...

I don't know this!!! I know Kasim from His work with Utopia. I can hear the obvious Utopia influences in the song which wants me to delve a little deeper. Somehow, knowing what great musicians the band were, I don't think I'm going to be disappointed. See You on the other side.
