yes that's definitely a great way to determine if it's clone. but unfortunately we can't tell if it's still in the package unopened. so the box quality and prined information should be a big help

I got the Galaxy Buds+ (White Edition) for about 30$ and the sound quality is awesome, the bass is deep damnn, u just need the right equalizer settings, the only thing that doesn't make me happy is the battery life and that they're not wireless chargeable

Is there any other ways to know if the buds are real or clone? My partner's buds connects to the wearable app and pretty much sounds great but when we go to the app it only shows the battery percentage of the buds but there is none for the case. The box also looked like the clone one and the case has a loose hinge. We're confused, it seems like the buds are real but the case is fake

the battery status for the case will only show if the buds are in the case but once you take them out the case the battery status will only show for the earbuds. also be sure your app for wearable is updated

I bought some from the Amazon Warehouse "Like New" for $40. 😳 (The ONLY thing damaged was the box, which was in the description.) I thought FOR SURE they'd be fake! But the app launched as soon as I opened the case. And all the controls work, (noise cancelling, the equalizer, launching spotify, etc.) The ONLY thing I think is weird is the case. The hinge is weak! It's annoying. 🤷‍♀. Do ALL clones, that you know of, NOT work with the app and also don't show the fancy pop up animation thingy on your phone when asking to connect? I'm 99% sure they are real now after watching your vid (expecting fully to prove they were knock offs!) Just crazy I paid so little for them! Oh and the sound is amazing! 😁

Hi tech I got a question that is really puzzling for me how do I really tell if my earbuds are real or not because my friend had gotten me a fake pair that looks exactly similar to mines but the only difference is the case I got is more real because I was starting to wonder why my phone was acting weird I think it might have something to do with the connection frequencies in my area or it could be the loud noises interferences going around in my neighborhood I'm not sure if it's worth having fake galaxy buds pro but the clones are just a fake pair of the original ones
