The reboot has been enjoyable. I feel the pilot was kinda rushed, and hard to swallow for old fans..but if your open minded and just wanna watch some decent adult cartoons, I would recommend it. I can understand if people don't like it though, sometimes big changes can really suck for it

To me this isnt the Clone High I remember nor the follow up I wanted, first off no Ghandi, he was amazing and his pressence os missed, Joan doesnt feel like Joan anymore now that she is with JFK, there is no fallout from Cleo getting rejected by Abe for Joan, and her actress just doesnt do her any justice, the new clones just feel boring and lame. Frankly Clone High should have stayed in the early 2000s, the series parodied high school shows and movies like Dawson's Creek and American Pie. It doesnt even feel like the characters have a y sort of connection to each other so many times it feels they are phasing in and out based on plot. Old Clone High you had the group of friends that was Abe, Ghandi and Joan, Cleo was the girl Abe had a crish on and was thr most popular girl, JFK was his rival and foil. The show lacks the spirit of the original

Watched the first season and I loved it. Watched the new season and I loved it as well. I consider it a worthy continuation of the original season even though some people on the Internet will disagree with with this comment's writer. And while I miss Gandhi I understand why the show runners decided to remove him for now. After all, he was the reason the network decided to cancel the show back in 2003. Don't get me wrong, I love Gandhi, I think it's understandable the people behind the show didn't want to risk another cancellation and to wait another two decades for a new try.

I think the main reason clone highs reboot is not that good right now is because they removed a major character ghandi and tried replacing him with other characters that don‘t really fit the art style and aren‘t interesting at all, and the characters seem to be changed. I thought the reboot would start with jfk flirting with joan and Joan refusing his proposals but they just randomly kissed out of the blue and Cleo seems pretty stupid in the 2nd season

I have to disagree with this. I think the new characters do fit the artstyle, but definitely look more modern than the older clones. It's definitely different but I don't think it's bad. Also Joan kissing JFK is out of the blue? You know last season ended with them having sex, right? Agree with you on the Cleo thing, although she wasn't ever really the brightest bulb.

@@Lechgang she wasn’t this levels of dumb, she was just average on IQ but she knew how to do things Also they really pushed her aside until that one episode of the pumpkins which feels like they jumped the shark by how bizarre it is. Also i do think Harriet character and design shouldn’t be here since she’s just a filler character which Hasn’t done anything memorable And I think the main problem with the new ones is a bit of the color pallet and how they don’t look anything like The people they are based of. Christopher colombus and Frida actually fit since colombus has a dry color palette like the old cast and he’s design resembles the person he’s based of, frida colors fit because of how Mexicans are portrayed with bright neon colors for the day of the death and how she actually looks like the person she’s based of Colombus and Harriet? I think we could be better without them and give that screen time to Cleo

It’s just a generic animated adult show with no identity other than the fact that it is a reboot/sequel to a beloved show. They really shouldn’t have extended the cast like they did. it just makes the characters get less individual screen time. A lot of the old characters feel out of character. Some are fine, like Abe and Scudworth. But others, like Cleo, JFK, and Joan feel out of character or dumb downed and I don’t like the way they switched up the dynamic. It doesn’t work with the characters preestablished. I don’t really care for the new characters either and their designs suck for the most part.

The main thing I don’t like about the new season is the only clone that is getting any notice for what their clone parent did is Frida. Like Abe isn’t being headstrong and giving speeches like Abraham Lincoln was known for with the civil war, JFK isn’t flaunting his family name and the only time the name Kennedy was ever mentioned by him was in the first episode (also they took away JFK’s mannerism’s literally until the last line of the fifth episode) and it was aimed at depression, Cleo has been pushed to the background, and Joan isn’t being as stubborn about what she believes in. They may have mentioned that Confucius was a philosopher, but they only go into weird little spurts of that in recent episodes, Topher Bus is all about trying to be remembered for something other than what his clone father did, I have no idea what they are doing with Harriet Tubman and the others are just background characters. There are way too many characters to focus on now for them to have historic backgrounds that are mentioned, it’s just another cartoon now, like Bob’s burgers and other adult animation, especially with the same voice actor playing more than one character when they obviously can’t do more than their one voice, that gets to me so much for some reason. lmao Matt and Trey started it because they were able to make the voices sound different enough, but Will Forte and Nicole Sullivan doing the same voices for two different characters is annoying, especially considering Nicole Sullivan voiced Muriel Goldman we know she can do more than her voice.

​@@austinadams5109 With the removal of Ghandi as well as the inclusion of incredibly tame jokes regarding social media worthy of Reddit Gold, you can tell the show's lack of balls for darker comedy than what they used to do back in it's first season, unlike the second in which they rely more on unfunny family guy gags as well as just violence as a punchline with no substance in replacement of the dark jokes that were actually funny. This show was brought back because it became popular on recent times, so they knew brining it back would guarantee views, but at the same time they were scared of being canceled again and took away what was unique for the show, that being it's humor and Ghandi and replace it with meta jokes that would make Rick and Morty blush.

At this point it was better off left where it was at rather than being forced back while sacrificing what made it so likeable to begin with.
