If the recombinant vector enters into the bacterium cell then we can call it as transforment and if we have the gene of interest in a vector the we call it as recombinant,

NO recombinant means The DNA that has formed artificially by the process of integration of foreign gene into a vector like plasmid .. And Transformation Means Taking of an recombinant DNA into a host ..... These results are same but process are different
