It actually works alright, but you can't spend too much time on field with Arlecchino due to no off field electro, however this also means higher average Bond of Life percentage.
If you wanted to use Arlecchino and Clorinde together, this team is an option (alternatively you can switch Thoma to Beidou, Fischl, Yae or Lisa for off-field electro for Arlecchino, but then you have to take advantage that her Blood-Debt Directive applies Pyro 10s after it was applied, which can activate Chevreuse's passive through overload).
