Tip for Java and anyone else reading this: When you're up against the Ice Dancers, Furina or any character with a ousia alignment, their ousia ability will instantly take down the cryo shield. Hopefully this helps!

Well, 3 out of 4 are good for this account. That's a win, from my point of view. Not as good as it could be, but not as bad either. For example, he could've pulled any non sword character like Mona instead of Jean. What would he do with them on SwordsOnly? And he could've pulled another bow or a spear from the weapon banner. 75/25 is better than 50/50, but still high enough to lose.

23:24 'yes atleast one of those is heavily cryo resistant and also ayaka's DMG is considerably effected by constant Freeze Aplication for which Furina kinda lacks the capability.

Furina actually works VERY well for ayaka’s freeze - you really don’t need much hydro app at ALL for freeze, even barbara can maintain it. The issue lies in the cryo application, and we currently only have 3 good applicators in the game, ayaka, wrio and charlotte. Also, freeze doesn’t work against bosses so ayaka also doesn’t work massively well against them in freeze comps.

Clorinde, Furina, Dendro MC, Kirara You don't really need super long up time on the dendro application you just need frequent application. And Clorinde's self heals should be more than enough to trigger Furina's fanfare. This should be a fairly good swords only hyperboom team

I felt the same for kazuha rerun. I had wanted him since releas and stockpiled till 5 star with my 2 friends, I pulled for all 3 and got neuvi on both my friends account. One of them also got a double (a jean after neuvi guaranteeing furina ) and I was the only one who lost. Kazuha was the only character I cared enought for to prefarm primos and materials too. BTW Java if you want longer rotations with Clorinde, 4pc Thundering fury is her 2nd best in slot, less technical to play and you can also use some of the artefacts for Keqing.

I know this doesn’t relate to the video but I have an idea for a Genshin four star. So he’s a shotgun wielding, Pyro, monster hunter. His goal is to eradicate every monster in the multiverse since his sister was killed by a hillichurl. You have to defeat him since he is a weekly boss and he has two phases. First, his shots are slow and weak so this phase is easy. Next he will shot as fast as a machine gun and and has a 250% damage multiplier. If you defeat you obtain as a character. He has 5 million HP and you have to be AR 55 to challenge him.

I was originally gonna go for the new set like Arlecchino but after testing 4 Thundering, I immediately dropped those plans.

tip for Java and any clorinde havers watching this: Clorinde's talent priorities are skill, burst, and normal attack. Her kit's dmg mainly comes from her skill. Keep reading for further explanation about her kit! So basically, after activating her skill, she enters the 'hunter's Vigil' state, i believe, which converts her normal attacks into electro gunshots, and tapping her skill will make her dash, dealing AoE electro dmg. with each electro gunshot she releases, she gains bond of life. How to work her skill is like this: you activate the skill, hold charge attack until her bond of life value is equal to 50% of her HP (basically until the red bar is halfway through her HP bar), after that, tap her skill so she dashes forward and deals electro dmg. tapping her elemental skill will reset her bond of life. her skill's dash will do more dmg scaling of the bond of life that has been resetted. Also, everytime the bond of life resets, she heals herself. Additionally, unleashing clorinde's burst causes her to generate some extra bond of life. Therefore, you should burst with her first, then do her skill, since the bond of life from her burst and electro gunshots combined give her a TON of Bond of Life value, she deals more dmg with her next dash. Ideally, when using her in a team, you should start the rotation with the other characters setting up their skills/bursts and then switch to her and do big numbers. Like cyno, she needs quite a bit of time on feild, and after her skill ends, you're gonna need to set up your characters again within the CD of her skill, and switch to her again. rinse and repeat!! (You're welcome if this helps!! ^^) Edit: i did a ton of research on clorinde to understand her kit, but in the end, she's a pretty comfy character if used right!

Weapon wise, Kazuha or Shinobu would love to get Xiphos ! Kazuha a bit more for personal ER use, Shinobu probably to "battery" other characters in the team, since she's used in Alhaitham team with Xingqiu and DMC (both could use higher ER), or just for Clorinde, like you mentionned. Speaking of Clorinde : Mistsplitter could go back to Ayaka/Ayato, and she could do very well with R5 Finale of the deep (craft from Fontaine), since it gives a lot of atk (24% + 300, on top of 565 + 26.7% base stats) and if with Furina/Jean, she almost instantly gets +40% electro damage, while the enemies get 40% debuff.

Using dendro MC instead of kirara on the clorinde team seems much better since clorinde doesn't reaaaally need any shields. Also Jean C2 works really well with Clorinde and Jean in general is great with Furina, so I'd use a team with Clorinde, Dendro MC, Furina and Jean - instead of Clorinde, Kirara, Furina and Kuki

you can use 4pc glad on chlorinde, it's really not much worse than the new set and maybe even better if you have good substats. When you inevitably have to farm primos after losing a future 50/50, you can build companion sets in the teapot and they give you a decent amount of primos (you can probably get 2000+ in total), if you stock up on those things that let you create furnishings instantly beforehand, you could get a lot in a single day and it's much more efficient than doing long-ass quests or god forsaken hangouts (brother ew) p.s. the normal attack talents were an unfortunate situation)

i think clorinde/furina/dendro traveller/jean would be a pretty good combination bc jean will allow you to actually max out furina’s buff unlike kuki who heals very little, plus swirling hydro to let furina do more dmg. then your other team could be al haitham/kirara/xingqiu/kuki or ayaka/layla/kazuha/xingqiu. also if you need to destroy the pyro shields i would highly recommend doing sunfire jean (jean plus bennett using both of their bursts to swirl pyro onto the enemy, building jean full em). your on fielder with sunfire could be anyone really, like ayato or keqing.

i would also say not to bother farming clorinde’s signature set at least until you have all your other strong characters built since the domain is so inefficient, using 2pc atk and 2pc guilded dreams set could be good enough , especially since the guilded dreams domain is efficient for you. you could also use the 2pc hunter set for normal attack bonus, since you need that domain for furina.

A good team could be Shinobu, Furina, Kirara. Shinobu for electro resonance and healing, Furina for buffing, Kirara for shields and denrdo application.

I was lucky getting clorinde on my very first pull this banner at 30 pity. Been going for her sword since then but haven’t gotten lucky yet When building her I put her with furina, xingqiu, and Jean. I didn’t realize they were all sworda until hours later so I now jokingly call that team the “SwordsOfJustice” and it’s actually a pretty good team. Edit: also after testing I feel like finale of the deep, Fontaine forge sword, works better for her than mistsplitter personally.
