You may need iron supplements. I’m on Feramax 130 for anemia. I’ve had problems absorbing iron since childhood and had to take iron after my daughter was born. Lately, despite the oral iron, my Feritin iron stores and Hemoglobin have been dropping. I think the cravings are because of nutritional deficiencies. Pets will eat weird things too when their lacking vitamins or minerals. I think the anemia causes cravings like soap when we’re young but it’s a lasting addiction as we get older Lol. As least it’s been that way for me. I love the smell of soap and cleaners.

Be super careful mixing bleach products like that. Even though they’re technically all bleach you usually aren’t supposed to mix them! It can create chloroform
