I've watched multiple videos of this awesome restaurant. The food looks delicious, and knowing the story of the original owner, and how she took over the restaurant when her grandfather got sick. It's a beautiful story, and I'm glad it's worked out for her. The staff at the restaurant even through this video feels as if they are a family. The owner and her best friend are beautiful women. I have to visit Japan and definitely check out this restaurant

ほのかさんとジェンジェンさんをフォーカスしなかったのがいいね。先代の味が継承出来てるのはこの方(料理長?)のおかげなのではないでしょうか。手際が良すぎる。

Just an observation, May be I am wrong unless someone noticed the same. Jen Jen is more generous in giving a bigger portion of egg fried rice (2 scoops) while the chef man gives only one scoop of rice. But all of them are brilliant , hardworking, clean and peaceful. I love these young people, they are very motivating to me though I work in a different field and I don't own any restaurants.

男性と台湾の女性で回してる感じお二人ともチャーハンの捌きが素晴らしい大量のご飯なのにパラパラ。そこそこいい価格の中国人がやってる店よりも断然上手美人ということでバンバン取り上げられてるようですね

@@one18sk 調べましたが、親との問題があってやめたんですね。てっきり経営もしているのだと思っていましたが、母親がやっていたんですね。動画だけだと外見だけで店をやってるイメージになってしまい、悪い印象を持たれてしまいそうです。もう一人の方もメデイアで活躍されているようで、すごい店ですね

I finally ate here today- Amazing food! The beef on fried rice was unbelievably good. Great drought beer too. Btw, Honokaさんis even more beautiful in person. It’s a very, very busy shop and she (and her whole crew) do an amazing job. I will be going again very soon!

コンテンツとしての「映え」は女性2名の方が華やかで、努力も怠っておらず素晴らしいですが、他の方も言うとおり、難易度が高そうなメニューにおいてはベテランのイワヤマさんのテクニックが見事ですね。

ボリュームのあるメニューは話題性と池田さんやジェンジェンさんの好物ということもあるんだろうけど店内に飾られてる力士の色紙の多さから分かるけど近くに佐渡ケ嶽部屋があって喜んでくれる、食べにきてくれることまで考えているかも…。 2代目・琴櫻ら番付が上の力士にとっても、ボリュームがあり手頃な値段のメニューは若い力士に目一杯食べさせるのには魅力的だろう…。

So many foods coming out and there's only one cook..compare to a bunch of restaurant with 3 to 5 cooks and a cheft and the food still take hours to get to the table.

A grandchild who inherited the shop after his grandfather died. It was a very difficult decision while the management was bad. However, I increased the number of attractive and delicious dishes. It's amazing even though I'm a college student.
