Actually what happens in Annie's meme is something like this: The girl is the brown haired boy's younger sister, and he killed their parents, going slightly insane. After that he mistreated his sister for a while, but she stayed with him, because she still loved him and tried to stay with him despite all (if I remember correctly). But time passed and the girl realized that all that was wrong, so she began to take medication until she fell into depression. That's all I remember, sorry; and Annie hasn't revealed the full story of her characters, but that's what I've understud.

Alright so- The girl is Annie, she has an older brother called Jack, and when Annie was born, she was diagnosed with esquizofrenia, so, she had some imaginary friends and their parents started giving more attention to Annie, and almost forgot about Jack. Jack is a psychopath, so, when he see that, he killed their parents (Honey Lavender meme) and he cooked their body's aaaand he makes that Annie eat their parents (Peppermint meme). Jack controlled Annie for a time because he pulled out her hair, so she cutted it off. One day, Annie tried to escape but Jack caught her and he makes that Annie go to end in the street, when she had a collision with a car, thing that made her get a coma for years, and that is were the story is very confuse and unclear.
