It's great to have you back, Tom. This was a tough one for me, got me emotional. I have a hard time trying to be optimistic, having MS. I do meditations sometimes and listen to ASMR of course, but the future is scary. I just have to take things one day at a time. Some are good, some are not. But I'll take the wins when they come. I'm grateful for the support I get from my brothers and friends. 💜

For ASMR and relaxation videos you'd want to fall asleep to, they're great! I truly have been using them every night instead of my airpods. I don't think they're meant for loud music listening or anything but I could be wrong.
