Maybe I'm crazy, but I don't see this as a "sexy" song. If you listen to it in the context of the Downward Spiral album, it's about a man who is losing his mind, but is somewhat brought back to his senses by a sexual encounter. By the end of the album, he loses his mind anyways and ends up killing himself (The closing track, "Hurt", being his suicide note). So while this song is romantic in a very warped way, "sexy" is hardly how I'd describe it.

@@crimson4509 Well, as you may know the song is about sex yes, but it’s deeper than that. The song is about escaping su!c!d@l thoughts and s3lf h@rm through sex and finding that trust and bond to love yourself through someone else. Now i didn’t have this experience but i struggle with su!c!d3 and hearing that this person struggled with the things i did but they found a way out made me feel like i could get out of it. Maybe not in the same way but it has and still gives me hope!
