You are amazing man. These uploads are so nice to watch at night then fall asleep wondering about the wonderfulness and vastness of the universe. You perfectly combine everything into making these videos. Such a gift⭐

I think it's because he doesn't have misleading click bite thumbnails like all the rest of them. Also he doesn't use big words for 20 minutes straight just to sum up with "we don't know yet. See you next time" (e.g. PBS Spacetime)

Please upload videos with subjects that are on trend like james web or nasa going to mars you will get more attention you deserve it
@MISTERPRESIDENTELECT2 жыл бұрын
Good one Dreksler! We should latch on some cameras to those things, since they orbit so crooked. We'll get much better gas/mileage, as the americans would say. We could even put some crumpets and tea on it, to be collected by geezer colonists on mars. Pizzas can be stored uncooked, left to Sun to take care of it.

Is the info on C/2007 M5 OK? I found in the Internet that most likely the comet dived into the Sun.
@DrekslerAstral2 жыл бұрын
I didn't talk there about whether it went into the Sun. Using the Small-Body Database Query I simply found that C/2007 M5 has the smallest known perihelion of any object, you can look it up yourself. It seems plausible to me that that is just the smallest recorded perihelion, while in actuality it likely went straight into the Sun after that record had been established.

@sheikchilli86702 жыл бұрын
there's enough content on the internet about aliens, and no actual observed examples. we should just wait for new discoveries before we do any more aimless speculation

Wow, I hadn’t seen your videos in a while, but I must say - between listening to the recent content, & your older stuff, a HUGE growth & change is noticeable to me. I don’t even wanna say “improvement,” because that’s not it. I guess overall you just sound more confident, sincere and… ok, don’t take this the wrong way, but you sound kinda more like a grown man! 😅😘😉 hahaha. From before.. but now I kinda like your voice… haha. Yes I’m gay if ppl are confused. Clearly. Lol. I’m not saying that you DIDN’T have a deep voice before, it’s not about that; it’s just growth & greater confidence in the facts you’re presenting. Plus, it’s just progression of time ya know… anyway great stuff. I actually just remembered your Swimming in Titan’s Lakes video. Interesting concept and funny images you used! The guy’s hand, sticking out of the brown-sludge-methane lake, as he struggles “to swim” in the sewage substance; hilarious.

Bro the fact that Moshup is an asteroid able to keep its moon when it is at its closest point to the sun is embarrassing, especially for Mercury, which is a *PLANET* that can't even keep *ANY* moons in orbit because its gravitational pull isn't strong enough. I would've expected that when Moshup is closer to the sun, it would lose its moon because Moshup gets closer to the sun than Mercury! Maybe it is just because Moshup isn't always that close to the sun, and reaches a slightly greater distance at aphelion as Earth is from the Sun at times.
