Hi Becky! Your hair looks fantastic! You can absolutely donate hangers. I've recently switched to all white hangers also. Someone once told me to turn my garbage bags right side out so that the seams are inside. I don't know why it makes a difference but now I do it all the time, LOL. Have a great week!
