Hi girls, don’t know if you would remember me but around 3 years ago I told you about how I was in a very dark mental state and considered ending it all and how I discovered your videos that brought me so much happiness, I was able to love myself again. Thanks for the long, fun video. I need entertainment this week. I'm in Memphis where half an inch of snow makes us crazy and we currently have 8 inches. I haven't left my house since Sunday. I just have to say I LOVE LOOKING AT OTHER'S CLOSET(S) especially those that thrift because not only would there be unique pieces but A LOT of it...like MY closet 😉, lol. You're at a great age to do that, as your body still responds QUICKLY to the efforts you make in this regard. I just hit MENOPAUSE, & a GEAR SHIFT takes place that I was NOT EXPECTING. The HORMONAL CHANGE, TRULY effects you Metabolism in ways that we are NOT WARNED about. I suggest you both research this & get a jump on the NEXT PHASE of life.
