Nakakaaliw syang panoorin. What’s nice about her vlog is, there is no pretense. She did not even fix things up to impress, although her collections speak for itself. Nakapambahay nga lang sya at walang make-up. Kahit di ganon kaayos, her collection could hold its own compared to other fashionista celebrities in the Philippines. May pagka eccentric nga lang ng collections nya, but that’s what makes her closet colorful and entertaining to watch. Looking forward for more vlogs from our Songbird.

I was on my way to my classes in university when i heard a commotion, little did i know you were having a motorcade that time because you will have a concert in Cebu Coliseum that very night. I think that was 1997 or 1998. There i was, seeing you unexpectedly for the very first time, made me froze on to where i stood. I was already a fan during your DOREMI days and i was beyond happy to see you in flesh that very unexpected day. I promised myself that i really have to see your concert. That time, the only ticket i can afford was General Admission, which is Php50. It didn't bother me at all because as fan I was able to see you belt out many songs while sitting on the chair...and you sang the very many theme songs of our lives. Yup. I can relate Regine on your bad experience shopping in the name brand stores here in the US. We got the same treatment when we went to a Ralph Lauren store in the early 2000s. Not sure how much of that happens now as there are a lot of Asians who are able to afford all name brand products.

The store across LV store in NYC is Bergdorf Goodman. I felt same way when I was in LV store in Champs Elysees Paris. The sale associate keeps bypassing me and calling other costumer whom I knew came in to the store after me. I went to the manager and complaint and he helped me right away. I ended buying almost $10 thou worth of merchandise. I felt so bad and I went back to the SA and show her what i bought and the store manager was very apologetic to what happened. Good for you Regine, that you showed them that you can afford their stuff.

I love this, no bad or negative that you can think of. This is just very natural totoong tao ang emotion na pinakita ni Regine dito. Pinakita nya na ordinary human din sya who is very fond of shoes, of course if you can now afford it why deprive yourself of something that will make you happy and enjoy the fruits of your hard work. She even told a discriminating story from a strong race like USA, but just like in Pretty Woman movie, looks can be deceiving. People thought she's just there to look around when in fact she bought 20 pairs of expensive shoes. Hooray!

I can still remember my tito, tita, lolo and lola's story about your amateur contest in bulacan. Growing up while we saw you performing on diff shows they kept on telling us, "Alam nyo ba nung kabataan nyang si Regine, kumakanta yan dito sa bulacan. Napakahusay!"
