The pull down handles are too stiff. How do you adjust the strength of the hydraulics?

They work best when they're loaded with weight. Otherwise, they feel tight.

I am a little kid, I don't require the rod I require the unit, in fact I require 7 in my home and more in my shop. How do I get them?

We can provide those for you....Do you know how wide of an area you plan to use them in?

Do you have particular sizes or are they adjustable?

There is a range of width they fit between. What is the width you are tying to fit within?

I have a top shelf that’s shaped like a U, it goes all the way around the top of my walk in closet. I am going to leave the bottom of the U empty and put one of your rods on each of the sides. My problem is that since it’s a U shape I can’t put the rod wall to wall on each side of the U because the corner where the long sides and the bottom of the U meet would interfere with the rod being pulled down completely, so I can only attach it to one side of the wall. My solution is I am going to buy a storage cube to attach to the short side/the corner of my shelf and attach your rod to that. But before I do, I want to make sure I buy the right size cube. So I need to know what the lengthwise size of the metal part of the inside of the shelf is, just the part that attaches the rod to the inside of the shelf. Lengthwise meaning, the direction from the back of the shelf towards the woman in the video. You can see it at frame 0:32, when the woman starts to pull down the rod, you can see it where the rod is attached to the inside of the shelf. I will be attaching one of these to my cube and the other to the wall. I can only see one side of the inside shelf attachment in the video, is it the attachment the same size on the other side? Are there larger mechanical parts on that side I can not see? After I attach the cube I will let you know the size rod I need. Also how tall is your rod hanger I want to make sure my ceiling is high enough. And what is the difficulty level of installing this? Thanks so much!
