This will be his first criminal trial and to lose it and be proclaimed a convicted criminal will be a shock to his system. This is the first time he has been made to face his wrong doings. He can't throw money at it for it to go away and he is losing money at all these trials as well. I think his health is going to decline even faster at this verdict.

If Trump is declared Guilty - the Judge should demand Trump surrender his Passport. The Court will set a Sentencing Date. Trump will file an Appeal & Post a Bond to remain free while awaiting the Appeal - standard stuff.

There are no bound money for criminal cases only for civil ones. Do get an appeal, he will need to prove a vice of procedures and or didn't have a fair trial wich is not the case. Although unlikely if he is granted an appeal it won't be instantaneous. He will have to spend a time in jail.

I never wish any ill to anyone. But an aneurysm wich is the rupture of a blood vessel in the brain could lead to a sudden death however he is more prone to either a non lethal heart attack or to have a mild stroke. In either case he can still be accountable in a court of law but he could have to end his political career because of being incapacitated physically.

From the books I’ve read (written by Trump’s former staff members) the man has a temper that runs on a very short and explosive fuse. Even when he was ‘happily’ pretending to be President from 2016-2020, his temper tantrums were common and everyone walked around on eggshells trying not to anger the beast. Just imagine what it’s like now…in his first criminal trial. 💥

I always love your readings. Please remember that an appeal doesn't mean they can change the outcome of guilty or not guilty it just means they can change an award like a dollar amount or the amount of time for prison Etc but the appeal does not change the definitive outcome of the trial whether by jury or bench. This is true in the current trial as well with Merchan that he will surely appeal. He cannot appeal the guilty verdict, but he can appeal any prison sentence sentence etc. He just cannot appeal the jury's decision. He won't be getting a new trial in other words

The reason prosecution goes last is because it's a follow-up. Prosecution always starts closing arguments because they have the burden of proof. Then defense has their closing arguments and because it's the burden of proof once again on the prosecution they have the last word before the jury goes out to deliberate. That is the way New York quartz work

I believe that if they find him guilty he is going to flip totally out and have to be removed. I can see him screaming at the jury and his lawyers, the judge....

PS…Attorney Susan’s last name is pronounced “Necklace”. She came across as pretty harsh with her cross of Stormy, so she may not be well received by the jury, even if she’s been described as a really experienced and smart attorney. Since Blanche is the lead, he may be expected to close, but then, he may be in a position to designate Necheles. I think it prosecutors then defense, then prosecutors again to address anything if they want to get a fuller explanation on stuff the defense bought up. But ONLY what the defense bought up. That's why 45 is so pissy bout it. But prosecutors have to 100% prove as you said ,so they get the extra chance to get to explain stuff defense bring up.
