@@MoathHadi-v7x hey, so in this particular video they dont show the mandibular position indicator or short MPI which is mandatory to check if the tooth guided bite fits the Joint guided bite. In other words just shifting teeth into visually correct position without checking the MPI can lead to Resorption of the condyles leading to heavy jaw problems in later age.
@broker304826 күн бұрын
@@MoathHadi-v7x The Mandibular Position Indicator (MPI) is a device used in orthodontics and dentistry to measure the positional relationship between the mandible (lower jaw) and the maxilla (upper jaw). This tool is typically used in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) diagnostics and treatment, as well as in orthodontic and prosthodontic cases to assess how the mandible moves relative to the maxilla. Key Uses of the Mandibular Position Indicator: Orthodontic Treatment Planning: It helps orthodontists assess and plan treatments that require adjustments in the bite or jaw position, especially in cases where there’s mandibular deviation or malocclusion. MPI can provide accurate data on mandibular positions during different movements (such as opening, closing, and lateral movements), which is critical for designing orthodontic appliances or interventions.

Thanks! But why didn't you bond molars in the crowding relief stage?
