Great to see the photos and videos, it brings back memories of miners working conditions. Great grafters and solid people. I was born in Langwith and did a apprenticeship with the NCB Langwith colliery. 1967 to 1972 I went to Whaley Thornes schools and have fond memories of the quality people from there. I left the village many years ago to seek new things. Bless you all and great videos. Big thanks for your efforts. Chris Rimmer. 72 years young.
