When I bought it I was disappointed by the KZbinr reviews, but after using it for 6 months daily and even while traveling, I can say that this is the best slides I have ever worn because of its practicality and comfort when worn for long periods.

i feel the sole is too hard for my feet. also, i get back pain while wearing them for long. should i really wait for it to soften. do they need break in like birkenstocks? or should i just return?

This was a great review, especially considering you addressed the weight and stiffness of the slides when they first come out of the box. I’ve also never heard someone use the word “whilst” in a review (I’m American) and I got strong John Oliver vibes from the way you speak. Solid analysis, mate.

what is the maximum life of it, if used daily?

just got two pairs thrifting and after restoring them they are perfect. One pair is a size bigger than the other, I use one pair for indoors with no socks and the bigger pair for outdoors with socks. They are great for cycling too. I tried the foam runner but I hated the foam bottoms I feel they worn out fast and got really slippery if it was wet outside. I definitely prefer a real sole and a little more weight.
