@@nusz_ To become Architect , one must have solid understanding in particular fields. If you are interested in Devops , learn all the tools and scripting. Then pick a cloud platform and learn it. You don't need coding to become an architect. Architect position is different, they get to talk with management level and they face customer more often. But an architect should have knowledge of Devops. Learning a coding is always good if you're kick starting your career in any IT field. I would say, go for python

If you are switching to RPA, you have to learn tools such as UIPath, automation anywhere or blueprism. According to me programming skills are not needed to excel in this field. In Devops, it compasses many roles, since you already worked on development your skill sets are transferrable to Devops. But you need to learn various tools used in Devops. If you learn cloud, it would be great.
