I have completely understood your concept A) Food quality B) Packaging C) Good Marketing D) Menu quality E) Good Logo F) Nicely presented some unique concept Pls tell I want to start in Delhi on semi professional level say within 2 lac rupees Need to discuss with you I have seen your love presentation last Sunday Menu deciding ,logo deciding and manpower hiring for preparation of food are some challenges will this all be possible for single brand in starting within 2 lac and with single brand how much profit will be generated I know when there will be multiple brands we can generate more profits but then manpower cost will be increased a lot In starting I want to generate some profit ( on hand experience) Then can shift to other brand Pls advise

I make pure home made pickles n supply to one shop but i want to start my own brand of it . Most of my pickles say like 80% r made from organic gud ,sugar ,oil n d main ingredients like spices .
