Had to drop this because cs is a team game and we all know people don't play teams in melee anymore. Quake or specifically quake live is the melee of shooters. But if were talking movement tech and speed quake 3 cpma or warfork is up there. All quake games to me are best 1v1 shooters. Except quake champions, that game is ass.

But personally I don't like Valoant either because peeking angles, random recoil and spray patterns in general, abilities and ultimates that are too brain dead and make the game baby mode, and a slow paced game lacking movement is a snoozefest for me

@@AgentOrange502 at low elo some characters are absolutely baby mode, that's fair, but you could almost say the same thing about low level / low elo melee. it's sick at the top level the same way that melee is, without being degenerate the way ultimate is as far as spray pattern randomization, it's absolutely been blown out of proportion and it largely follows a predictable pattern (plus the gun sways actually give you visual cues to react to when you're spraying a full mag) but i get why abilities could grate on someone and the game might not feel worth learning
