I am hoping you can choose how long you want to rent the kitchen for (may be monthly/ weekly granularity). That way once can choose the best spot based on the season. Eg -- more people would like to be in warm places during the winter, etc. So it would make sense to rent out a ghost kitchen accordingly.

It's bait and switch. I have been in a Cloud Kitchen for 9 months with no electricity to run my ovens. The kitchens are wired for heat and serve. I have a food truck and catering business and they can't provide the electricity I need to run my business and then won't let you out of your lease. 9 months paying $4660 and I have to rent time in a commissary to complete my catering orders. Horrible company. Horrible support. All you get is a lot of lip service. Buyer beware. Make sure you write in an out clause. Also, do not let the salesman tell you "no you don't need it in the contract we will put it on a punch list and get it done." They will tell you haha you didn't get it into you contract and we got you to sign the contract and now you are in and we won't let you out. The salesman will tell you anything. In Denver since I have been here, only 8 kitchens are rented and 4 of them packed up in the middle of the night and left so CK wouldn't take their equipment. Be very careful. I thought I could build my catering and personal chef business here but the kitchens aren't wired for businesses like mine. They are wired for heat and serve operations.

$4660 a month and there is a variable part of the contract that says they can charge whatever they want. They won't itemize the invoices.
