My wife works as an IT engineer at a university, and she attended Kubecon. She got home today, loaded this up, and asked me to have a look with her. Now, I have /some/ knowledge in the topic. I know what .zip files are. But... I followed this. Not 100%, but enough that I was able to pause and run my impressions past her, and she was nodding along. It's an amazing thing to be able to work on such a high level and yet get a lay person to follow along. Amazing.

Kelsey is Dope man! he never seizes to amaze me with his depth of knowledge , but also his presentation style are just to the next level. For me he is one of those 'unsung- heros ' of K8s and the CNCF

Kinda sad that in 2020 Black engineers in the USA have to start their talks talking about how they grew up in poverty caused by inequality. It's sad, but hopeful the future will be more equal and brighter for everyone. His kids won't start this talk like with that intro that's for sure :)
