I would quite like them to add cities or settlements. When theres a major order to evacuate citizens its like where are they!? Even if theres a city in the distance so it actually looks like these plants have people on them not just empty landscapes. Also edit! My in game theory on why we don't see city biomes is because the war is still mostly on the outer rim of the galaxy the deeper we get into the galaxy /closer to super earth IS WHEN will start seeing city's

The game would have a stroke if there were that many models on screen, the big ticket item for arrowhead right now is optimizing that spaghetti code to allow all the models they made into the game. We COULD get cars tanks and all kinds of goodies, IF the engine can handle them.

We need a stealth cloak. An MO can be hunting the bugs Stalker Liar can make sense since they’re gonna drop a tier 3 variant of the Stalker Hunter bug. It would make the stealth mechanic a lot more fun and interesting.

That would be legitimately awesome It's a shame though, the code for group dives keeps causing crashes in different ways. If you added in multiple squads, those crashes would multiply When the ability to squad up is solved and crash-free, then we could finally see a big raid-style event

Over time I’ve noticed the exo shell of the hive lord has gotten bigger and bigger. You can see the biggest one at the level 10 mega hive. Each faction has their dedicated bosses from the first game. But I can also see them eventually making something bigger than those bosses for a raid. Remember gradually having to hunt down the next “big target”. And now titans and striders are so common…. That’s what I mean with the upcoming bosses. Eventually they’ll probably be common until the next big fish

Hellbomb Orbital Barrage: The US Army developed a "suicide" weapon called the Davy Crocket. It is a nuclear capable mortar round that has a larger blast radius than it's maximum range. This is what comes to mind when carpet bombing a map with multiple hellbombs in rapid succession. you set it off with no one expecting to live

I've had a lot of bad experiences with clans. They always lead to infighting. Hope helldivers won't rely to much on them or we could have an other playstationaccount level disaster on our hands.

The only way clans can work if theyre pretty much just for a weapon research system. Or some kind of buff research system. Making it a movable weapon, and nothing more would make a clan system pointless because everyone would fight for where to put it, or everyone would just make their own clan and set it to private so no randoms can join

It could very well be that the DSS is where you want it to be, but where it goes could be up to the clan leaders discretion. So effectively there is only one for any given player, but each clan (platoon) has one, and only the hosts is counted

DSS completion may take us right up to Liberty Day. I have the same concerns about bug divers hogging it. Would be nice to have another DSS for each front. Wish liberation was weighted as such too.

I think that is a valid concern, as a major order diver who now likes killing both bots and bugs. There are definitely just a significant number of bug divers. How they plan to balance the voting system for the DSS needs consideration.

I think the DSS will act as a clan hub, and essentially every clan would have their own DSS station that they are able to vote together as a clan as to where they want their station.

I feel like to counteract the DSS just staying in one sector or around 1 planet, the devs might add something like planet regen increasing or making the enemies attack planets more often if it stays in the same area for too much time. They could also add like a 1 week timer before it has to "refuel" and it wouldn't be able to go back to the same area. ( Feel free to tell me how bad my ideas are or to suggest different ideas )

fun idea for AH to add minguns: Expendable laser minigun. Fires like the sickle but faster,with heavy armour pen bullets. Will heat up very slowly BUT CANNOT COOL DOWN. 45 sec fire time before overheating and 4 min cooldown time for another call in.

I think the vehicles are going to come from the station. I am not aware of any vehicle bays in the Super Destroyers. Maybe that’s why we’ve been getting vehicle teasers.

I know this may be an aside, but the changes to the damage we take has left me frustrated, even after this time period where I’ve tried to let my thoughts settle. I thought we were at a good amount of squishy before but our weapons sucked, now I feel like I often die before I can truly use my armory. Limbs breaking on every hit is not fun and you can’t take heavy armor cause the speed reduction isn’t worth the extra armor when you die so fast.

To all the bug divers out there, I can understand your preference but mixing up your playstyle against the automatons It's good for you. For support weapons I take the AR guard dog and the quasar Cannon, I eliminate the fabricators from afar with a single shot. Take the scorcher and the redeemer with you as well as stun grenades, either go with the fortified or engineering kit passives on whatever lightweight green armor I have.. I always bring an orbital barrage and the laser

The players aren't forced to pick certain worlds to go after at least not when a major order related to it isn't happening. For better or for worse we are left our own discretion, and I'm sure the same is true here because it would take away real world player agency if we weren't allowed to choose

Ive started having some weird bug where some of my key binds change. Every time I log on some (but not all) of my keybinds have reset. I play on pc, its just started the last 2 days. Anyone else seen this?

Should I say what has been going around about that station or not? Why not I'm sure someone else will at some point The station and the platoons (guild/clan) are not going to be set by the player base. Every Platoon will have there own station. Said station can move 1 time every 24 hours and where it goes is decided by the platoon. How is unclear but I'm guessing either by vote or high ranking platoon leaders. As for the stratagems that's still up in the air but people think you are going to need to unlock it by leveling the platoon to unlock them. Some are vary crazy. As for lore reasons for how there's more then 1 station? Simple...there isn't. There is only 1 station and if you see it at a planet will likely depend on the host and if there platoon has the station there. You might not even see it still but there isn't going to be more then 1 visible. Maybe I'll be wrong...we can fit 4 stations on 1 screen right?

It’s would be a shame if the dss is voted on where it should be, as more players are bug divers than bot divers it’ll just bounce around the bug front more than the bot front. Would be cool to see a counter balance ie: when the dss is on the bug front bot divers get access to new stratagems and the same for bug divers if it was on the bot front

The bug front is fucking unplayable. Constantly hammered by friendlies more than the bugs. Hopefully it doesn't get stuck on the bug front, mates don't need more tools to teamkill with. Frankly, it should just be 1 big one, and then small equivalents for the clans to use. Otherwise I don't see the point of it.

Bot side always seems to be one person doing all the work everyone else just standing around starting unneeded fights...I've taken a lot more friendly damage on the bug side for sure: but bot wise my reinforce is always thrown into a swarm, someone picks up my commando and burns it on chaff, he barrages are called in on objs.

So like why is it always the bug divers fault? I like the bugs they are more fun and harder to fight...but everytime I come back to the game the mo is in bot territory so gotta go do that. We were the reason the creek got won, we helped push the bots back for that first victory because there is one thing you learn diving bugs that you don't learn diving bots....shock and awe works...and it's even more effective on the bots with how slow and brittle they are. I get that we need to unite and act as one force but it always seems like the bot divers are never willing to cross sides
